Peter Jensen
Acting Chair
Mr. Jensen is a principal with Jensen Lunny MacInnes Law Corporation and a member
of the firm’s Corporate and Securities department. He acquired his Bachelor
of Science (Biology and Ecology) and Law degrees at McGill University with a
dual degree in common and civil law. In earning his science degrees he conducted
diabetes research at the Dr. John Dupre research facility at the Royal Victoria
Hospital (Montreal) and was a founder and director of a community medical clinic
for three years. He was also President of the McGill campus legal clinic for
two years, building a reputation for advocacy for which he was granted the Scarlet
Key award for community service.
Dr. Rolf Hoffmann, MD
President
Dr. Hoffman is a top European researcher in the fields of alopecia, endocrinology
of the hair follicle and hair follicle morphogenesis. He is currently
a teaching Professor in the Department of Dermatology for Marburg University
and he is the inventor of TrichoScan, the world’s first GCP-approved
technique to measure hair growth.
Matt Wayrynen
V.P. Corporate Development
Mr. Wayrynen brings to TrichoScience extensive experience in venture
capital management, startup financing and mergers and acquisitions. Most
recently he served as an executive Director of Quinto Mining and was
active in the sale of the company to Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines
Ltd. in 2008 for $165 million.
Darrell Panich, M.Sc., PMP, CPM
V.P. Clinical Affairs
Mr. Panich joins the TrichoScience team as an experienced clinical trial management specialist. Over the last ten years, he has been responsible for managing several multinational clinical research studies in more than 15 different countries for over 20 different pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He obtained his Master of Science degree from the University of Alberta while conducting clinical research in neuroscience and has obtained certifications in project management from the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional; PMP) and Project Management Leadership Group (Certified Project Manager; CPM).
Tom Kordyback, CA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kordyback is a financial and management consultant with 30 years'
experience in a variety of industries. Formerly CFO of Creo Products
Inc. (1995 to 2000), he was instrumental in growing the company's
digital printing technology revenue from $30 million to over $800 million.
Robin Lecky
Director of Marketing
Mr. Lecky has directed international marketing, media, entertainment
and special event projects. Clients have included four World Expositions,
an Olympic Games, the American Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian
Institution, Air Canada, Boeing, Coors/Molson, Intrawest Properties
and Canaccord Capital, among others.
